Qigong Reflection

Qigong was a practice of Buddhist and Taoist breathing. We worked on our breathing and relaxed ourselves. During this exercise I gained an interest to further my education on this workshop. We made energy balls and connected with our inner selves. The movements were exhilarating and fun! It made me focus on my own thoughts and be able to concentrate in the environment and what was around me. During that workshop I acquired control, sensitivity, and learned a new way to relax myself. I thought that it was a fun workshop to try. It was a privilege to be able to participate in the Qigong workshop. When I first felt the energy ball I immediately knew I wanted to try some more. When we got further into the lesson I found more interest and towards the end I knew I would like to try practicing it some more. Just learning how to practice it was such a privilege for me. It made me relaxed and energized.
